Welcome to SaltyRizz.com ("SaltyRizz," "Company," "we," "us," or "our"). SaltyRizz.com is an online retail store specializing in the sale of vaping products, electronic nicotine delivery systems (ENDS), accessories, and related goods directly to adult consumers (21+) within the United States.

By accessing, browsing, or placing an order on SaltyRizz.com, you ("Customer," "you," or "your") acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Shipping, Refund, Privacy, and Terms & Conditions policies in their entirety. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website or place any orders.

IMPORTANT: You must be at least 21 years of age to access this website, create an account, or purchase any product from SaltyRizz.com. All purchases are subject to age verification at checkout and upon delivery.

SHIPPING POLICY

SaltyRizz.com ships all orders in full compliance with the Prevent All Cigarette Trafficking (PACT) Act (15 U.S.C. §§ 375–378), as amended by the Preventing Online Sales of E-Cigarettes to Children Act, the Jenkins Act (26 U.S.C. § 2343), and all applicable federal, state, and local regulations.

1.1  Shipping Carriers

All orders are shipped exclusively through PACT Act-compliant private carriers. We do NOT use the United States Postal Service (USPS) for any shipments. Federal law prohibits the use of USPS for shipping Electronic Nicotine Delivery Systems (ENDS), vaping products, e-liquids, and related components to consumers.

Major carriers such as UPS and FedEx have also independently prohibited consumer vape shipments across their domestic networks. SaltyRizz.com partners only with private, PACT Act-compliant carriers authorized to transport age-restricted tobacco and nicotine products.

1.2 Adult Signature Requirement (21+)

Every delivery requires the following at the time of receipt:

  • In-person delivery to an individual aged 21 years or older.

  • Presentation of a valid, government-issued photo identification (driver's license, state ID, passport, or military ID) confirming the recipient is at least 21 years of age.

  • Adult signature confirming acceptance of the package.

No packages will be left at doorsteps, in mailboxes, at P.O. boxes, or with any unverified individual. Packages cannot be redirected to alternative addresses after shipment. There are no exceptions to this requirement.

1.3 Package Labeling

In compliance with the PACT Act, all outbound packages are labeled with the following federally required notice:

"CIGARETTES / NICOTINE / SMOKELESS TOBACCO: FEDERAL LAW REQUIRES THE PAYMENT OF ALL APPLICABLE EXCISE TAXES, AND COMPLIANCE WITH APPLICABLE LICENSING AND TAX-STAMPING OBLIGATIONS."

Each package also displays the full legal name, business address, and contact information of SaltyRizz.com. No consumer package will exceed 10 pounds in total weight, as required by federal law for delivery sellers.

1.4 Shipping Restrictions by State

Certain states and jurisdictions restrict or entirely prohibit the online sale and/or delivery of vaping and tobacco products. SaltyRizz.com complies with all applicable state and local laws regarding the sale and shipment of these products.

We are unable to ship to states or jurisdictions where online vape sales are prohibited or restricted by law. If you place an order from a restricted jurisdiction, your order will be cancelled and a full refund will be issued.

It is the Customer's responsibility to be aware of the laws governing vaping and tobacco products in their jurisdiction. However, SaltyRizz.com also independently maintains and enforces a restricted-state list and will not process orders to prohibited areas.

1.5 Flavor Restrictions

Several states have enacted laws restricting or banning the sale of flavored vaping products. SaltyRizz.com complies with all applicable flavor restriction laws. Orders containing flavored products will not be fulfilled to jurisdictions where those products are prohibited. If only certain items in your order are restricted, we will contact you to adjust or cancel the affected items.

1.6  Excise Taxes & Sales Tax

There is currently no federal excise tax on vaping products. However, more than 30 states impose state and/or local excise taxes on vape products, which vary significantly by jurisdiction (ranging from per-milliliter fees to percentage-of-price surcharges).

All applicable federal, state, and local excise taxes and sales taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address. Tax amounts shown are estimates until your order is finalized. You are responsible for all taxes associated with your purchase.

SaltyRizz.com collects and remits all applicable excise taxes to the appropriate state and local authorities in compliance with the PACT Act and Jenkins Act.

1.7 Order Processing & Delivery Times

  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Delivery Time: Estimated delivery times vary based on your location, carrier schedules, and regulatory processing. Standard delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after shipment. Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

  • Cutoff Time: Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST on a business day will generally be processed the same day, subject to inventory availability and age verification completion.

During periods of high order volume, holidays, severe weather, or regulatory disruptions, processing and delivery times may be extended. SaltyRizz.com is not responsible for carrier delays beyond our control.

1.8 Failed Delivery Attempts

If a delivery attempt fails because no eligible adult (21+) is present to provide identification and signature:

  • The carrier will make up to two (2) additional delivery attempts.

  • If all delivery attempts fail, the package will be returned to SaltyRizz.com.

  • The Customer will be responsible for re-shipping charges if they wish the order to be sent again.

  • If the Customer does not request re-shipment within 14 days of the package being returned, a refund will be issued minus the original shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee.

Packages returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, refusal of delivery, or failure to present valid identification will be treated the same as a failed delivery.

1.9 Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on package weight, dimensions, delivery address, and carrier rates. Any free shipping promotions apply only to qualifying orders and are subject to terms specified at the time of the promotion.

Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where SaltyRizz.com is at fault (e.g., incorrect item shipped, defective product).

1.10  Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active. If you do not receive tracking information within 3 business days of your order being placed, please contact us at thesaltycompanysales@gmail.com.

1.11  Shipping Damage

If your package arrives visibly damaged:

  • Refuse the delivery if the damage is apparent before opening.

  • If you have already accepted the package, document the damage immediately with clear photographs of both the external packaging and the product(s).

  • Notify SaltyRizz.com within 24 hours of delivery at thesaltycompanysales@gmail.com with your order number, photographs of the damage, and a brief description.

Claims for shipping damage submitted after 24 hours may not be eligible for replacement or refund, as we must file timely claims with the carrier.

REFUND & RETURN POLICY

SaltyRizz.com stands behind the quality of every product we sell. However, due to the nature of nicotine, tobacco, and vaping products — which are health-and-safety-regulated consumables — our return and refund policy is subject to the following restrictions.

2.1  General Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return request must be submitted within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original factory-sealed packaging with all included accessories, manuals, and components intact.
  • A valid proof of purchase (order confirmation email or receipt) must be provided.
  • The product must not fall under any of the non-returnable categories listed in Section 2.3 below.

2.2  How to Initiate a Return

To request a return or refund, contact our Customer Service team at thesaltycompanysales@gmail.com with the following information:

  1. Your order number

  2. The item(s) you wish to return

  3. The reason for the return

  4. Photographs of the product and packaging (if the return is due to a defect or damage)

Our team will review your request and provide return instructions, including a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number if your return is approved. Do not ship any products back to us without first obtaining an RMA number. Returns received without prior authorization will not be accepted.

2.3 Non-Returnable Items

The following categories of products are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund under any circumstances (unless the product is defective or recalled):

  • E-Liquids and Vape Juices — whether opened or sealed, for health and safety reasons

  • Disposable Vapes — all disposable vaping devices, once packaging has been opened

  • Pre-Filled Pods and Cartridges — whether opened or sealed

  • Replacement Coils and Atomizer Heads — once the packaging seal has been broken

  • Batteries — once removed from original packaging

  • CBD, Hemp, and Kratom Products — all consumable products in these categories

  • Clearance, Sale, and Discontinued Items — all products marked as clearance, final sale, or discontinued at the time of purchase

  • Gift Cards — all gift card purchases are final and non-refundable

  • Any Product That Has Been Used, Even Once — for hygiene, health, and safety reasons, any product showing signs of use cannot be returned

This policy exists because opened and/or used consumable products cannot be resold, tested for contamination, or verified for safety once they have been in a consumer's possession. This is standard practice across the vaping industry and is consistent with public health and safety guidelines.

2.4 Returnable Items

The following items may be eligible for return if they meet the conditions in Section 2.1:

  • Vaping Hardware (mods, regulated devices, tanks, chargers) — must be unused, in original sealed packaging with all accessories included.

  • Accessories (grinders, rolling trays, non-consumable items) — must be unused and in original condition.

2.5 Defective & Damaged Products

If you receive a product that is defective (Dead on Arrival / DOA) or damaged:

For DOA / Manufacturing Defects:

  • Notify us within 7 days of delivery.

  • Provide clear photographs and/or video evidence demonstrating the defect.

  • We will arrange a replacement of the same product at no additional cost to you.

  • If the same product is unavailable, you may choose a store credit or a full refund for the defective item.

For Shipping Damage:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery (see Section 1.11).

  • Provide photographs of the damaged packaging and product.

  • Replacement or refund will be issued after review and carrier claim processing.

Defective Product Warranty Exclusions: The following are not considered manufacturing defects and are not covered:

  • Damage from dropping, mishandling, or improper use

  • Water damage, e-liquid spillage, or fire damage

  • Stripped or cross-threaded 510 connections from over-tightening

  • Normal wear and tear, cosmetic scratches, or finish wear

  • Issues caused by using incompatible batteries, coils, or accessories

  • Firmware or software issues that can be resolved with updates

  • Products modified or altered in any way after purchase

2.6  Restocking Fee

Returns of eligible, non-defective products are subject to a 15% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount. The restocking fee does not apply to defective or DOA products.

2.7 Return Shipping

  • For Non-Defective Returns (Buyer's Remorse): The Customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. You must use a trackable shipping method with insurance for items valued over $50.00. SaltyRizz.com is not responsible for return packages that are lost, stolen, or damaged in transit.

  • For Defective/DOA Returns: SaltyRizz.com will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to the Customer.

  • PACT Act Compliance: All return shipments containing vaping or nicotine products must comply with applicable shipping regulations. Please contact us for return shipping instructions — do not return products via USPS.

2.8 Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item(s).

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

  • Depending on your financial institution, it may take an additional 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable except when the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped) or a defective product.

2.9 Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be cancelled for a full refund at any time before the order has been shipped.

  • Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled. You must wait to receive the package and then initiate a return per this policy.

  • Orders cancelled due to failed age verification will receive a full refund minus any non-recoverable shipping or processing fees already incurred.

  • SaltyRizz.com reserves the right to cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to: suspected fraud, failed age verification, orders to restricted jurisdictions, or out-of-stock products. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

2.10  Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange a product, please initiate a return (if the product is eligible) and place a new order for the desired item.
