The tower pillar design increases the internal surface area available for vaporization without widening the bucket diameter, meaning concentrates contact more hot quartz per square millimeter than in flat-bottom designs. Auto-spinner vortex holes in the bucket walls keep air (and concentrate) moving in a circular path around the pillar, and the 14mm male joint at 90 degrees fits most standard rigs.
